AMARNATH YATRA

Amarnath Temple is a Hindu shrine located in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir, India. A cave situated at an altitude of 3,888 m, about 168 km from Anantnag city, the district headquarters, 141 km from Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, reached through Pahalgam town.

Amarnath Trekking Service

The length of the trek varies from 36 to 48 km depending upon the devotion of the pilgrim. The trek usually takes 3-5 days one way. The Amarnath Pahalgam route is much wider than the Baltal trek and slopes gradually. However, one will also find it crowded by ponies for almost the whole of the route.

Amarnath Yatra 2023 Tentatively Open dates 01 July & Closing dates 30 Aug 2023.

Amarnath Registrations process Available by Online as well as Offline both. Pilgrims do registration online by shri Amarnathji shrine board official website & by offline, please download registration centre details. 
The Amarnath Yatra registration will commence on tentatively by 15th April 2023, in 446 Punjab National Bank, YES Bank, and Jammu and Kashmir Bank branches. Pilgrims can Download Registration centre here.
