The Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) format made by SASB is also available online.

Also note that the prescribed CHC should have been issued between a paticular period in 2023 by the Authorized Doctor/ Medical Institution. CHC’s issued before that period would not be valid for Shri Amarnath Yatra 2023.
